There are various definitions of leaders and they classify leaders into various categories depending on their way of management – whether it is commanding, coaching, mentoring or being one of the members.
Actually, leadership style should be adapted according to the situation and this is called as situation leadership. Sometimes leaders need to command, sometimes mentor, coach or just be a team member.

Tell to your team and management that it is DOABLE. There is nothing impossible. Do careful risk assessments and support your confident statements with the risk definitions of the task.

Trust your team members. Trust put a lot of back pressure on them to live up to your trust.
All leadership qualities will fail unless you show honesty. Team needs to trust you first!
